Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Plants are shipped on specific days to ensure they arrive fresh.

Each plant is carefully wrapped with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We use breathable packaging that keeps plants healthy during their journey.

We take great care in packaging, but if your plant arrives damaged, please send us photos within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Same-day delivery is available for select cities and products. Please contact us on WhatsApp to check availability for your location.

We accept UPI, bank transfers and cash on delivery (for select locations). Payment details are shared via WhatsApp after order confirmation.

COD is available in select cities. A COD fee of ₹50 may apply. Check with us on WhatsApp for availability in your area.

For prepaid orders, payment is made after order confirmation via WhatsApp. For COD, you pay upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we don't accept returns. However, if a plant arrives damaged or dies within 7 days despite proper care, we'll provide a replacement or refund.

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct product to be sent at no extra cost.

Each plant comes with a care card containing specific instructions. Generally, allow your plant to acclimate for a few days before repotting. Water according to the plant's needs and place in appropriate lighting.

Plants may show signs of stress after transit. Keep them in indirect light, water moderately and give them a few days to recover. Most plants bounce back within a week.
